Da Vinci Code Cheats and Hints

Here are some hints that you can use in order to solve puzzles and cryptograms of The Da Vinci Code game for PC.

Hint #1: To solve “OH LAME SAINT” puzzle you should remake it into “THE MONA LISA”.

Hint #2: The code to the box placed in the mansion shed is 13, 21, 34.

Hint #3: To get dirt of the paintings first you should make a mixture of the chemicals. Find them on the table and take Chitinase, then Dismutase and, finally, Catalase. Combine them together and join the towel from the toolbox. Thus you prepare a special tool to clean the paintings.  

Hint #4: To solve the puzzle where it is needed to move statues, make the following. Put the statue of Venus in the middle, Jupiter on the top, to the right of that Mars, to the right of that Aeneas, to the right of that Cupid, to the right of that Vulcan. Rather simple task. ;-)

Hint #5: In the 7th level use this inscription to solve the related puzzle “OUTDOORS THE GRACEFUL WATER YOU WILL SEE THROUGH DEDICATION YOU MUST FIND THE KEY”.

Hint #6: When you come across the Mona Lisa puzzle, use the UV light against the portret and you will see the lettering. You have to enter the following “Da Vinci Painted those that knew between Bacchus and Uriel lies the clue”.

Hint #7: After you complete the game, you will have an access to secret levels. In the Louvre Revisited level it is possible to unlock all of the nine paintings with the help of UV light and these codes:

1. The Louvre Museum Painting: “YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE RUN MONSIEUR SAUNIERE NOW TELL ME WHERE IT IS”

2. St. Sulpice Painting: “THE SISTER MUST HAVE BEEN CALLING PRIORY MEMBERS WHEN SHE WAS ATTACKED”

3. Bank of Zurich Painting: “IT IS THE CRYPTEX THIS IS BASED OFF OF A DESIGN BY DA VINCI”

4. Normandy Mansion Painting: “ITS THE PRINCESS SOPHIE KEY MY GRANDFATHER PROMISED ME”

5. Westminster Abbey Painting: “TEABING FELT THE TRUTH CRASHING DOWN ON HIM THE GRAIL WAS LOST TO HIM”

6. Biggin Hill Airfield Painting: “SAUNIERE BROUGHT US TOGETHER TO FOLLOW THESE CLUES FOR A REASON”

7. Temple Church Painting: “SILAS TAKE THE KEYSTONE FROM MR LANGDON TEABING IS OUR HOSTAGE NOW”

8. Rosslyn Chapel Painting: “THE QUEST FOR THE GRAIL IS THE QUEST FOR THE DIVINE IN EACH OF US”

9. Chateau Villett Painting: “THE LEGEND OF THE HOLY GRAIL IS A LEGEND ABOUT ROYAL BLOOD”

There’s one more secret level where, by the way, you have a chance to enjoy all those things you unlocked in the game. It is Rosslyn Chapel Revisited. Find there the solar system model and listen to music from the game. If you go to the room with a trap door, you will be able to have a look at Da Vinci’s inventions and concept arts placed in the lower room.
