Increased magazine capacity: 25% Bronze and Silver
Increased accuracy: 50% Bronze and Silver

To unlock location concepts, get all Bronze rewards in the indicated level:

Bolivia: 100% Bronze in Bolivia
England: 100% Bronze in England
Nepal: 100% Bronze in Nepal
Peru: 100% Bronze in Peru
Ghana: 100% Bronze in Ghana
Japan: 100% Bronze in Japan

To unlock the cheat you want, you have to complete the indicated task:

Bulletproof Lara: complete England with a time less than 27:00 in Time Trial mode. Then when you are in the game, hold Backspace and press 7.
Draw enemy health: complete Bolivia with a time less than 12:30 in Time Trial mode. Then, hold Backspace and press 2.
Infinite assault rifle ammunition: complete Japan with a time less than 12:15 in Time Trial mode. Then, when in the game, hold Backspace and press 4.
Infinite shotgun ammunition: complete Ghana with a time less than 20:00 in Time Trial mode. Then, in the game, hold Backspace and press 3.
Infinite SMG ammunition: complete Peru with a time less than 21:30 in Time Trial mode. While playing the game, hold Backspace and press 6.
Infinite grenade launcher ammunition: complete Kazakhstan with a time less than 27:10 in Time Trial mode. Then, hold Backspace and press 5.
One shot kills: complete Bolivia Redux with a time less than 4:15 in Time Trial mode. Then, hold Backspace and press 8.
Wield Excalibur: complete Nepal with a time less than 13:40 in Time Trial mode. Then, hold Backspace and press 9.
No textures: complete the game, and then, hold Backspace and press 1.

To unlock alternate costumes, you have to complete one of the following tasks:

Biker (no jacket): get all Silver and Gold rewards in England.
Amanda (winter): complete the Kazhkastan Time Trial.
Biker: complete England: King Arthur’s Tomb.
Special Forces (urban): get all Gold rewards in England.
Biker (red jacket): get all Silver rewards in England.
Amanda (ritual): complete the Ghana Time Trial.
Winter (no coat, pink): complete the Peru Time Trial.
Evening Dress (ripped): complete Japan: Meeting With Takamoto.
Goth: complete the England Time Trial.
Winter (no coat, orange): get all Silver rewards in Kazakhstan.
Sport: get all Gold rewards in Bolivia.
Bikini (black): complete the game, all Time Trials, and collect all Bronze, Silver, and Gold rewards in all levels, including Croft Manor.
Evening Dress (red): get all Silver rewards in Japan.
Snowsuit: get all Gold rewards in Nepal.
Goth (lace shirt): complete the Japan Time Trial.
Legend (black): get all Silver rewards in Croft Manor.
Special Forces: get all Gold rewards in Kazakhstan.
Sport (green): complete the Bolivia Time Trial.
