To play as Chicken, you have to complete Story mode with all characters and accumulate 10 hours of game play time.

To play as Dracula, you have to complete Mission 5 in Tier 3 in Mission mode.

To play as Eris, you have to complete Story mode with Billy, Mandy, Grim, or Irwin.

To play as Fred Fredburger, you have to complete Story mode with Billy, Mandy, Grim, or Irwin.

To play as General Skarr, you have to complete Mission 6 in Tier 4 in Mission mode.

To play as Hoss Delgado, you have to complete Mission 9 in Tier 1 in Mission mode.

To play as Jack O’Lantern, you have to complete Mission 9 in Tier 2 in Mission mode.

To play as Lord Pain, you have to complete Mission 9 in Tier 5 in Mission mode.

To play as Nerglings, you have to complete Story mode with all characters.

To play as Vikings, you have to complete Story mode with all characters and destroy every letter in the credits sequence.

To unlock alternate costumes, you should successfully complete Story mode with any character.
