To play as Dubora, you should defeat Dubora in the second level of Chapter 2 in Story (Another Road) mode.

To play as Future Gohan, complete Chapter 5 in Story (Another Road) mode.

To play as Super Saiyan form, hold L and press X on the Super Saiyan form when choosing your character.

To play as Bardock, you have to beat Bardock with Goku in Chapter 5 in Story (Another Road) mode.

To play as Picolo, beat Picolo in the alternate path of Chapter 3 in Story (Another Road) mode.

To play as SSJ4 Goku, you have to complete the main storyline in Story (Another Road) mode by not taking any alternate paths or branches.

To play as Majin Vegeta, complete the main storyline in Story (Another Road) mode by not taking any alternate paths or branches.

To play as Super Buu with Gohan absorbed, complete the third level of Chapter 7.

To play as Super Buu with Gotenks absorbed, complete the second level of Chapter 7 in Story (Another Road) mode.
